The process to refurbish my Victorinox Swiss Army watch was very efficient. I took it to a few local watch repair vendors, and they did not have a particular kind of strap for the watch. I tried Times Ticking and they informed me that Victorinox discontinued that type of strap. Times Ticking found a strap and refurbished my watch. Very impressed with their work.
