The Wenger Watch Company, founded in 1893 in Courtételle, Switzerland, began as a cutlery manufacturer before expanding into timepieces, earning a reputation for precision and reliability. As an original supplier of the Swiss Army Knife, Wenger applied the same rugged craftsmanship to its watches, producing durable and stylish Swiss-made timepieces. By the late 20th century, it had developed a range of sports, dive, and classic watches, including the popular Seaforce, Terragraph, and Roadster collections.
In 2005, Victorinox, the other official Swiss Army Knife manufacturer, acquired Wenger, preserving its legacy while maintaining its distinct identity. Although Wenger watches transitioned under the Victorinox brand in 2016, their timeless designs continue to reflect Swiss precision, military heritage, and everyday functionality.
