Today, the Movado watch group now includes the brands Ebel, Concord, ESQ, Lacoste, Hugo Boss, Coach, Juicy Couture, Tommy Hilfiger and recently MVMT. Movado began in 1881 when 19 year old Achille Ditesheim founded the company. Since then, Movado watches have made their mark by winning multiple awards for their innovative watch design. Movado watches are known to have a sleek, artistic and minimalist design to their watches. Recently they have created a new line of watches called Movado Bold.
The Bold watches are exactly as the name suggests, big and bold, and not only in the men’s models but the women’s as well. Although big and bold, Movado still remains true to the brands importance of elegance and beauty. These watches include bright color schemes, large watch sizes and dramatic chronographs that will catch the attention of a room with just the flick of a wrist. Bold watches have been designed to be less expensive than traditional Movado timepieces. Because of this the case and band are composed of TR90 composite material (a thermoplastic material that is incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight) and stainless steel. However, some models use titanium for the case and band.
The Movado brand is constantly on the move to excite and please their consumers. This is why they took the classic and iconic Movado museum face and sparked it into something desirable for today’s day and age. The company has brought back the brands original “sun” at 12 o’clock to when they had a larger flat circle rather than the smaller shiny domed ones that are seen on most Movado classic watch models.
Whether you are wearing a sleek suit or just everyday lounge wear, the Movado Bold line of watches will always do you right, and save you some money too. From their innovative design to their bold color schemes, the bold collection has something for everyone it seems that will please both men and women alike.
Movado Bold – a classic design that’s been reinterpreted in a tasteful way, at a price that is more affordable from a brand that is associate with higher prices.
